At Ridgeview a group of students have put this quote into action by creating the Random Acts of Kindness Club.  The students volunteered to give up their lunch recess twice a week to meet and work towards furthering the culture of kindess at Ridgeview Elementary.  The club is part of the ongoing work of Jeff Clark and Becky Fernandez, two counselors who staff the calm room.  The calm room welcomes students who need a place to refocus their energy as well as presenting anti-bullying and personal space lessons.  The calm room is a vital part of the culture of Ridgeview Elementary.
