Chino Valley Truck Wash Breaks Ground at New Location in Grandview

YCDA joined the Port and City of Grandview, local leaders, and stakeholders on Monday, August 26, 2019 for a Groundbreaking Ceremony celebrating the construction of Chino Valley Truck Wash, an agricultural grade tank wash facility scheduled to be operational sometime in the fall of 2019. The event was held at the Port of Grandview’s Puterbaugh Business Park at the intersection of Stover and Puterbaugh Roads in Grandview.

YCDA first began working with Chino Valley Truck Wash last September when the company was searching for a site in the lower valley. Chino Valley Truck Wash purchased a seven-acre site for their new facility and is the first business to locate in the Port of Grandview’s newest business park. The Port was able to extend water and sewer to the site location with the assistance of a grant and low-interest loan from the Yakima County Supporting Investments in Economic Development Fund. Nineteen employees are expected to be hired within three years.
